Kenya Jacobs is a thought leader known for designing, developing, and implementing innovative total rewards programs, described as the monetary and non-monetary benefits employees earn at their company. Such creative and holistic human resource strategies have the power to amplify organizational effectiveness. Kenya has held leadership positions at numerous organizations in both the non-profit and commercial sectors. She draws on this wealth of knowledge and experience to create innovative solutions that meet the business objectives and the people strategy of the companies who seek her expertise.

 

Kenya is also a highly sought-after speaker in the total rewards space and has presented on a variety of topics, including “Implementing a Living Wage Pay Model” and “Linking Your Total Rewards Proposition to Your Employee Needs”. Her article, “Making Pay Equity a Part of Your Organization’s Culture” was published in the prestigious industry publication, Manage HR.

 

She holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) from Simmons University, as well as an advanced degree (M.A.) in Leadership Development from The Pennsylvania State University. She is a certified Human Resources professional through HRCI and SHRM, and a certified compensation professional through World at Work.

 

Kenya previously served as the Board Vice President for Wings for Success, a non-profit organization that empowers women in need to pursue employment and economic security through apparel, advice, and advocacy. In her leisure time, Kenya enjoys traveling, biking, and spending time with family and friends.
